Return Policy
Overview
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days. If it has been 14 days since you received your order, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Various types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Gift card.
- Downloadable software.
- Certain health and personal care products.
- Goods purchased on sale or as part of a discount campaign.
To complete your return, we need a proof of purchase or a receipt.
You may not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund can be made:
Books with obvious signs of use CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened. Any items that are not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
References
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether we approve or decline your refund.
If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be added to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missed refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, you should first check your bank account again.
- You should then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially booked.
- Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund can be booked.

Goods
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at service@fairgoz.com and we will help you.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift certificate in the mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Returns
To return your product, send an email to service@fairgoz.com. We will help you from there.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged item to reach you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
