Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed the same business day for orders placed before 23:59 CET (excluding weekends and holidays), after you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
Consignment
We aim to deliver your order to the delivery address you provide when placing your order.
We may notify you if we expect to exceed the expected delivery date, but we will not be liable to you for any loss, liability, cost, damage or expense resulting from delayed delivery to the extent permitted by law.
We may not be able to deliver products to certain locations. In such cases, we will inform you and arrange for the order to be cancelled and refunded or delivered to an alternative delivery address that you have confirmed.
The risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address, unless delivery is delayed due to your failure to comply with your obligations under these terms and conditions. The risk passes on the day on which delivery would have taken place if you had not complied with your obligations.
If you are unable to accept delivery or collection of your order, we can provide you with a card with instructions on how to arrange for a new delivery or collection by the carrier.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can check its status. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@fairgoz.com with your name and order number and we will investigate the matter for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and meets our return policy. We will refund the full amount of the order. See our full return policy for more information.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible at service@fairgoz.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We will take care of it as soon as possible and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
